Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Amito. If your brush is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or lightly inspected, clean, and in its original condition with the original packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, items that show heavy use, damage, or excessive pet hair may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, contact us at hello@theamito.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply with the next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@theamito.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will help make it right.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that are heavily used, damaged after delivery, missing major parts, or returned in an unsuitable condition.
